あまねく微塵際 mizin-sai
そこばくの諸仏如来の道場ごとに
仏事を助発し
（ 小さくて頼りないこの身体
This small and unreliable body
（ この中に宇宙の荘厳を映す
The majesty of the universe is reflected in this
（ 足の裏に緊張を湛える
Tension on the soles of the feet
（ この緊張が腰と腹に伝わります
This tension is transmitted to the waist and abdomen
（ 腰腹がきっちり抱き締められてる
The waist and belly are tightly hugged
（ それで生まれる静寂が、荘厳の受け皿となります
The silence that will be born from now on will be the saucer of majesty
