「頭部に三角錐を創る」
Create a triangular pyramid in the head
普通これを聞いても、まったく意味不明です
Usually when we hear this, it makes no sense at all!
これは坐禅を離れても、美容の上からも意義があります
This is significant both apart from zazen
and from a beauty of form
しまりのあるお顔 / 垂れぎみなお顔
Well-defined face, drooping face
微笑んでいるような、上向きの口角 / 不機嫌そうな、下向きの口角
Smiling, upturned corners of the mouth
Grimly、downward pointing corners of the mouth
是非にでも、後者のようになりたい
By all means, I want to be like the latter.
と言うよりは、普通は前者を希望します
Rather, we usually prefer the former!
