正法眼蔵 行持 （ 3 ）
その宗旨は、わが行持
すなはち十方の帀地 so-ti 漫天 man-ten
みなその功徳をかうむる
他もしらず、われもしらずといへども、しかあるなり
釈尊が後世へ伝えし坐禅
この坐禅の骨格の中へ落ち、消えゆく
Zazen Passed Down by the Buddha to Future Generations
Falling into the skeleton of zazen and disappearing
太陽が西の空に消えゆくように
私達も昼の世界から隠れる
As the sun disappears in the western sky
We too hide from the world of day
目で見れる世界から、目では見れない世界へ
From the world you can see with your eyes
to the world you can't see with your eyes
実際の風景は何も変わりません
しかしそのニュアンスは一変します
荒々しさは消えて
優しさに似た、風が吹きます
The actual landscape changes nothing.
But its nuances change.
The roughness is gone.
The wind blows with a kind of gentleness
世界は、本当の親族のように現れます
The world appears like a real kin
では、立場を逆転してみます
Now, let me turn the tables.
この時、世界の側はどう感じるでしょうか
How would the world feel at this time ?
