頭で天を衝き、腰を大地に埋める

でも、これでは
頭頂と腰には壁が出来ますが、前後には壁がありません
このように坐っても、
凛々しい感じはしても、特別な感じはしません

これは五感の中で最も影響力のある視力をどうするかに係って来ます

そんな感じでしょうか
